Plan (AAP). The AAP specifies how the City of Durham will address housing and community development needs as described in the Five-Year Consolidated Plan through the use of federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program
(HOME) Consortium, Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) funds. </span></p>

<p style="margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif;font-size:12pt;color:rgb(0,0,0)">The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has not yet notified the City of final entitlement amounts for FY 2024-2025.
For planning purposes, the City expects to receive approximately $2,030,000 in CDBG, $1,300,000 in HOME Consortium, $180,000 in ESG, and $1,060,000 in HOPWA funds. </span></p>
