discussing minority contracting? One of the concerns CAHT’s public forum
recorded last summer was the wages and incomes marginalized and long-term residents'
need to afford rentals and single-family houses in Durham’s hypercompetitive
housing market. Underserved residents cannot continue to live in Durham if
their business and workforce participation is limited. Our discussion will help CAHT members
understand the situation's status and formulate a plan to answer the public’s
call for help.<span></span></span></p>
