 The initial neighborhood meeting for a legislative case must occur 
within 30 days after the application is submitted, instead of before the
 submittal.</li><li style="text-align:justify;box-sizing:inherit;margin-bottom:0.35em;border:0px"><strong style="font-weight:700;box-sizing:inherit">Second Meeting Requirement:</strong>
 Legislative cases will now require a second neighborhood meeting after 
staff review of the application is complete but before the case is heard

out of requests from community members to be able to see past and

information page due to an oversight on the part of the applicant or the
 Planning Department, the meeting can still be held as long as all UDO
