As Phase II of the Durham Cultural Roadmap begins, the City, in partnership with County, is soliciting a Consultant or Consultant Team to provide comprehensive cultural planning services. The services should include robust and equitable engagement, review and
collection of data, Phase I Report assessment, funding analysis, plan recommendations, and strategies for implementation throughout Phase II and Phase III of the plan. </div>
