[Esip-drone] Useful Connections?

I think Lisa Ellman won't make it to ESIP, but we can re-evaluate that
after the conference call. She has already said that she would be
excited to do it.

I've reached to David also, but haven't heard back from him yet. Since
he's in California, there's a greater possibility that he may be
interested in attending ESIP. We can see how that relationship develops.
