Good Morning,

In the past, you or your organization has expressed an interest in
revisions to the City of Durham’s street, parks & recreation and open
space impact fee schedule.  In February, I sent the draft recommendations
to you.  The final recommendations are now available on the internet
here:

(click on the attachments for agenda item #4804).  The City Council will
consider this revision at the 3/6 work session for discussion and the 3/17
Council meeting for a public hearing and adoption.  The proposed effective
dates of the fee changes would be 7/1/08 and 7/1/09.
