INC NEWS - [durhamenviro] Jordan Lake Rules Report -- any feedback?

Melissa and I asked the experts about this at the water summit earlier this week.  

The short answer is
(1) new rules are actually stronger than first rules 
(2) Triad will fight these rules tooth and nail and contribution to candidates, since the General Assembly gets a chance to sink such rules before they take effect.  So get ready for a BIG fight on this next year.
