INC NEWS - Arts Celebration next Friday

Parks and Recreation, in partnership with the Durham Arts Council, will hold a family-friendly, event Friday, August 15th from 6:00 to 8:30pm at the CCB plaza.  Artists involved in the Cultural Arts in Public and Private Schools program, CAPS, will be performing all evening to showcase the partnership the Arts Community has with the schools.  Door prizes, give-a-ways and great entertainment are all part of this fun-filled evening.
