INC NEWS - P.S. Hotels and Motels --

New development is required to have 2 access points. So it's possible I
guess for one of them to provide an alternate use. Older developments with
only one access point may find they get a hotel in their backyard but pick
up another exit/entrance from having project in their back yard. It all
seems site specific and the minor use permit would address that. But it
might bother me if my back yard was a vacant field in a developing area...
I do know you can't access industrial land through residential land. So
maybe this spares the tire factory in the back yard and gives the in-laws
a closer place to stay when visiting.

If you look at a new development like Brier Creek area, I can see where
the two could live side-by-side and it would work. With the larger-planned
developments, it would fit in better because it is planned.
