INC NEWS - [ABCDdurham] meeting this Wed. - your support needed

Color me confused on this one (and more so after the H-S coverage today.)

The City Council passed a $4,300 salary increase (on average) for DPD this
past budget cycle and raised the salary for new recruits as well.

Andy Miller of the NC Sheriff Police Assn. (whatever that is) was a fixture
at those meetings and took this as a victory. David Addison, on the other
hand, of the PBA here in town, seems livid over the pay situation.

What, exactly, gives?
