Hello INC Delegates,

Below is the agenda for our June INC Delegates meeting.  
 
The meeting will be held today, Tuesday, June 23rd at 7:00pm.  As usual, we will meet at the Neighborhood Improvement Services Conference Room, 3rd Floor, Building #2, Golden Belt Arts Complex, 807 E. Main St.  Any interested resident is welcome to attend.  Please print out a copy of the agenda and bring it with you.  If anyone has any requests for last minute additions or changes to the agenda, please let me know.

1)   Welcome and Introductions – Philip Azar (5 minutes)

2)   Adjustments to Agenda  – (2 minutes) 

3)   Approval of Minutes – (3 minutes)

4)   Treasurer’s Report – Susan Sewell (2 minutes) 

5)  Transit Resolutions (30 minutes) (first 2 have been moved for vote)

		a)  Golden Belt Resolution regarding East Durham and the need for a station stop East of Alston Ave.
		b)  Downing Creek Resolution regarding Downing Creek concerns, including a political / fairness concern based on their political location (represented by officials elected in Durham) relative to their planning location (in Chapel Hill’s transit stop planing area)
		c)  INC Resolution regarding the need for GoTriangle to engage on neighborhood concerns with the relevant neighborhoods and for elected officials to weigh in on Chapel Hill plans for neighborhoods in Durham city and county.

6)   Committee Reports (30 minutes)
            	a)  Zoning and Development – WCF letter to following up on areas of concern shared by BOCC and city council (5 minutes)
           	b)  Pocket Neighborhoods -- Bill Anderson (5 minutes)
