[Ohioaap-practicemanagers] Caresource/Medicaid issue

Physician in NW Ohio has patients who check in as a Caresource member, they perform the WCV (well child visit), and bill accordingly.
Caresource pays and then retract the payment on the claim that they are straight Medicaid. They go to bill Medicaid and it is passed allowed time to bill for an encounter.
