[Ohioaap-practicemanagers] Humana - 96127

We have had lots of problems getting Humana to pay the 96127 code for
screenings.  We have tried a variety of different modifiers (-59,
-25,-33,-XU) without success. The denial from Humana says that it is a
"coding error."  Humana suggested using a KX modifier if more than one unit
was billed in the same day.  However, it seems to be denied whether one or
more units is billed for a given visit.  They did pay this code for a short
time (after lots of work by my staff) but have recently asked for those
payments back.

Has anyone had success in getting this code paid for by Humana?
