[MCIC Safety] Evacuation of Contractors in Event of Emergencies

Would anyone like to share with me their system/method/procedure for accounting for contract personnel in the event of a fire/emergency in their manufacturing or other facilities?   Sign-in required?  Bar-code scanning of ID's, clip board system, etc?
