[MCIC Safety] FORKLIFT TANK LATCH

magazine. We had a very similar incident last year with (thanks be to
God) less dramatic results. We added inspection of the tank latch to our
pre-shift operator forklift safety check and we are working with our
forklift supplier on a permanent fix; looking at both the micro-switch
interlock and the double latch suggested by our engineer.
