[esip-semantictech] First Public Working Draft of SWEET

Hi Folks,
In preparation for ESIP Summer meeting, I’ve begun work on the SWEET spec [0]. The document aesthetics are based off of the W3C Semantic Sensor Network Ontology document at [1].
I’ll be hacking away at this over the next month and will be documenting progress at [2].
Contributions are VERY much welcome… if you are interested in contributing then please let me know at [2].
