I was thinking more on the lines of folks like Josh who live at West
Village. He doesn't have green space of his own and it didn't seem fair to
tax him for not having it.

But I'll go back to education. I don't have kids but I pay for it.

The discussions have only started so there's plenty of room for comments.

I agree about the "yard parking" and erosion. We live in an area that is
low geographically. Anything we can do to stem erosion saves someones
house downstream....
