INC NEWS - yard waste issues forgotten

I am glad to hear other community members say that this issue is 
important as one where citizen's input has value.

I had understood, from converstions with staff, that we would be given 
an opportunity to comment on the plan the staff drafted. This is very 
different than what INC asked for.

Thanks Bill Anderson for keeping a space for us to talk about this as a 
community.
