 The INC Board will think you and I have been  talking! Tell 'em it ain't so.
 
 INC would, of course, never decide the date, but we could  collect the 
neighborhood's thoughts, and report or post them on our  website.
 
 We could collectively choose the dates of this and other  neighborhood 
affairs for '06, at the Nov 22 meeting (Tues 7PM Herald Sun  Building) and avoid 
this rush next year.
