INC NEWS - luminarias (night of lights)

The next INC meeting in Nov 29, which may be too late for a lot of 
neighborhoods.

INC executive committee meets next Wednesday.  I suggest neighborhoods place 
their votes either over the list-serve or to me (pats1717 at hotmail.com) by 
Wednesday noon, and we will have a decision.
