INC NEWS - Prohibit Unrequested Phone Books?

Ken: But I don't need and will never use three honking huge phone books.
Why should they be allowed to simply dump them on my driveway and leave me
(and the city recycling program) to deal with them. The reality is that
folks use phone books less and less in the internet age--and yet the number
of phone books delivered to me is proliferating every year.

They can advertise--put them out in grocery stores, malls, etc. for people
to pick up. But they shouldn't be able to simply drop them at my house. I
don't want them and there is no way to have this wish recognized and
honored.

This, to me, is the same as telemarketing phone calls. Lets get a "do not
deliver" list or somethink.
