INC NEWS - INC Delegates' Meeting This Wednesday, October 25

INC's monthly delegate meeting is scheduled for this Wednesday 
evening, October 25. We begin at 7 PM in the Herald-Sun Civic Room, 
2828 Pickett Road.

Our guest speaker will be Alan DeLisle, Assistant City Manager for 
Economic and Workforce Development. Alan's department is very busy 
with many projects now, and he will provide an update on some of 
them, including:
the proposed Durham Performing Arts Center;
neighborhood revitalization grants, including the two grants that 
sparked discussion at our last meeting and on the listserv;
economic development projects across the city; and
ongoing workforce development projects.

We will also have updates on other INC projects and begin the 
transition to our new president and board of directors.
