INC NEWS - How to make luminaries?

White bags are now often available at Costco for a great price, although
Brame is a local business and worthy of support. Duke Park has mostly
bought it¹s sand from The Rock Shop and some years has negotiated free
delivery for a newsletter ad. When I¹ve ordered sand delivered in their
large load and had it delivered, we have used it for several years running.
I do have an empty lot to store it on that not all the hoods have available.
Just a few more cents of input,
Esther Bent
