Durham¹s Downtown Dinner Table ­ a food and fun event on October 26 to
support Genesis Home!   Genesis Home works to end homelessness for families
with children and young people by providing housing and supportive services
to foster independence. Since 1989, the agency has placed well over 300
families into permanent housing in our community.
 
Fine restaurants from across the Bull City will be providing tapas-style
plates of some of their most famous dishes. Confirmed sponsors include
AnotherThyme, The Federal, Pop's, Mad Hatter's, Mellow Mushroom, Tosca, The
Q Shack, Saladelia, Symposium Cafe, Chai, City Beverage, Sunset Grille,
Parizade, Verde, George's Garage, and Siren's Lounge.  
 
John Brown and the Duke Jazz Ambassadors will serenade attendees with live
jazz, and look out for our spectacular silent auction with gifts from across
the Triangle. Tickets are $50 per person with all proceeds benefiting
Genesis Home.  Tickets can be purchased at www.genesishome.org.
