Hi everyone. Thanks for your support on our opposition
to the Scott King rezoning application.
I'm finding out more and more about this shady Ripley
guy...but I haven't received permission to post it to
my neighborhood or the INC listservs.
One very informed person suggested the following:
"Developers are required to meet with neighbors, have
a sign-up sheet, report back to Planning neighborhood
concerns and the developer's response to those
concerns.
I think we need an additional report to Planning from
the neighborhood's perspective."
I'm new to all this, but many of you on the INC seem
to know much more about this sort of thing. Can we
discuss this at a future INC meeting? That is,
requesting the board of commissioners to require an
additional report to planning from the neighborhood's
perspective?
Thanks again for caring and helping :)
