INC NEWS - new name for INC

Randy,

I was not present at the Tuesday meeting and must admit of not understanding 
why the name / spacing needed to change.  If the name was to change; then 
why not make it all one word?  The change to "InterNeighborhoodCouncil" at 
least would correlate to the abbreviation and use of "INC".

I recognize and appreciate your vital contributions and service.
