INC NEWS - INC priority list 6-26-07

I strongly and wholeheartedly disagree with any requirement that people be
required to split their votes. The current system of weighted voting is not
only a good one, but important in a context such as this. If you disagree
with weighted voting, then you must feel that no one should be able to
demonstrate a concerted preference for one issue over others. I, for
instance, split my votes among three items, as I believe that one issue has
3x more importance to my neighborhood than the other two, and those issues
are significantly more relevant than all others. I believe that voting any
other way would not be in the best interests of my neighborhood. Frankly,
many of the other issues are simply not great concerns to some of us, and
being required to vote equally would create a Faustian bargain.
