City-County Planning Director Accepts Virginia Post

Durham City-County Planning Director Frank Duke has
been named the new director of the Planning and
Community Development Department with the City of
Norfolk, Va.  

Duke leaves after more than five years on the job with
the City and County of Durham.  His last day is
Friday, September 21, 2007.  An interim director will
be appointed after City Manager Patrick Baker and
County Manager Mike Ruffin meet later this week.
