Please advise interested members of your organization of the proposed change to the text of the Durham Unified

Development Ordinance (UDO):

Text Change TC07-06 proposes revisions to the following sections of the Unified Development 

Ordinance:  Section 5.5, Temporary Uses, specifically paragraph 1, Portable On-Site Storage.

The Durham County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on October 8, 2007 at 7 PM in the Commissioner's

Chambers at 200 East Main Street.  Please contact the Planning Department for confirmation of the hearing dates.

The proposed revisions, once finalized, may be viewed at the web site listed above.
