INC NEWS - ADMIN NOTICE - PLEASE READ

Our list server is under attack at the present moment. In the last half
hour it has recieved in excess 180 messages that were being bounced off
our server. I have suspended all activity to the list server until such
time the bounces quit. So please refrain from posting until this current
attack is over. Your posts will be held until such time. I will notify you
when it looks like the trouble has ceased.
