INC NEWS - PC STILL must vote by Dec 9 (wrt Black Meadow Ridge)

I certainly do not see any harm in this, either, and it sounds like good advice to instill preparation rather than possibly missing a crucial deadline due to confusion and lack of such prep.

Is it possible for someone with knowledge and experience around such planning department votes to officially verify Melissa's assertion and concern in order to back her up? I would myself, but I am late in the game on this one and I would think it requires someone who's been on board early with this issue that also knows their way around the planning department. Of course, I will gladly print out all previous correspondence and walk them down to our city's planning director (with my own ignorance of the issue ignored) for his official clarification on the issue, too.

It really benefits everyone if we 'officially' clarify this issue now rather than attempting to do so later in, what could be, a rushed and inefficient manner.

Two planning commissioners and one city council member have informed me that this IS the case. I have not yet contacted the planning director.
