Less than 24 hours left 'till print out...and every
signature counts. Jordan Lake's water quality, habitat, and recreation
use, and Durham's suburban/rural character is at stake.

If you are concerned about the precedent of allowing a developer to provide a partial survey to enable higher density development on his land, and you haven't signed the petition, please do so now.

And
don't forget about your spouse -- one signature does not count for both
of you. Please sign AND get your spouse (and anyone else) to sign. We
need a lot more signatures within the next 24 hours. On Tuesday (Feb
17) the petition will be sent to multiple organizations, including our State legislators and Governor Bev Perdue.

Please
don't delay. Take 10 seconds (literally!) and sign right now. [Though
you have to use your email address (in order to keep people from
signing more than once), it is not disclosed, not even to the petition
author, and it does NOT result in unwanted emails in your inbox.]

Many prominent people have already signed, including Chapel Hill and Pittsboro Mayors, Hillsborough and Chatham County Commissioners, and many many more.

Please add your name to the list now, and please ask others to do so as soon as possible -- time is running out...

Thanks so much!
Melissa
