SUCCESS! -  We reviewed and discussed the unacceptable compliance rate (52%  
failure) for Alcohol Outlets in Durham leading to increased accessibility of  
alcohol to minors. The coalition agreed that training needed to occur more  
regularly; the coalition will review compliance data; visit local stores and  
help to ensure that training has happened. Agent Keith Patterson along with  
other ALE Agents will conduct standing training on the 3rd Fridays of the month  
from 2 - 4 PM. Now  there is no excuse. We  will review sites that have and 
have not been trained.
