any time to act on whatever we may decide.

Subject: [Durham INC] Emergency Delegate Meeting

Last night, the assembled membership voted to hold an emergency
general meeting sometime during the first two weeks of April, in
advance of the below referenced County Commissioner's meeting.  In
keeping with the spirit of the INC as much as possible, this meeting
will be scheduled for the evening of Saturday, April 11th, with
specific time and location still to be determined.  This will give all
members a maximum of time to consult with their neighborhoods.

The meeting will be convened for the discussion of this sole issue,
and will be limited to 60 minutes, unless a vote of the membership
chooses to extend the time.  Voting will be limited to voting
delegates.

The board will endeavor to request that any representatives of
opposition viewpoints attend to present their side..
