[Durham INC] INC neighborhood delegates invited to INC anniversary and Neighborhood Heroes event Thursday, June 18

Hello,
   InterNeighborhood Council will celebrate its 25th anniversary of service to Durham and its neighborhoods on Thursday, June 18,  from 7 to 9 p.m., at Rigsbee Hall in Downtown Durham. 
   In addition to celebrating its 25th birthday, INC will honor Neighborhood Heroes (and Heroines) for 2008 and 2009 that evening. 
   Durham City Manager Tom Bonfield will be INC's guest of honor. Other Durham civic officials and dignitaries have been invited as have INC's former presidents. 
   Because of Rigsbee Hall's limited capacity, attendance is limited to 200 people. 
   INC member neighborhood delegates who want to attend this special event should RSVP to Mike Shiflett  at mwshiflett at hotmail.com.
