Dear planning commissioners,

Thank you very much for your discussion and decision last night to grant a continuance of the CP and rezoning cases relating to the Jordan Lake Watershed boundaries.

It is nice to have witnessed Durham citizens getting the same treatment as developers, who routinely are granted deferrals/continuances.

I only wish that Chairman George Brine had not recused himself. And I appreciate your statements of disagreement on this issue. If Chairman Brine had been required to recuse himself, then I would think that anyone on the Planning commission with any ties to the development industry should have to do the same, as this is a case in which their decision could affect their future business in Durham. We all are aware that the Hunters and Southern Development carry a lot of weight wrt development business in
 Durham.

Thank you again for your hard work and true concerns for the future of all Durham citizens.
