[Durham INC] Dec 13th.... night of lights

There are two schools of thought about the annual luminaries event through  
out Durham neighborhoods.
 
One idea is that all the neighborhoods should do it on the same  night.
The other suggests that folks living in one neighborhood, like to drive  
around another while it's lit up, and that's best done when their schedule is 
a  weekend apart.
 
Regardless of which school you come from, you'd need to know what the other 
 neighborhoods are planning.
 
So I'd like to report that Duke Park is planning to "light up" on Dec 13th  
this year!  Plan accordingly.
