Of particular interest is the following argument:
"I am especially troubled by the burden this development will place on taxpayers, even as some residents of lower economic neighborhoods still await the arrival of basic city water and sewer infrastructure that they should have gotten years ago. In this context, retracting the current watershed boundaries of damaged Jordan Lake is irresponsible, if not shameful."
