What does the 2010 Census mean to the Durham and North Carolina Communities?
 

It’s about Money       ~ $1500 per person per year into our communities
It’s about Power         Population size affects where the district lines are drawn for elections, from City Hall to Congress
It’s about our Future  Business and government planners use the Census to make decisions about our community’s future. The Census helps decide where o locate a new grocery store, hospital, school, shopping center, rec. center, etc…..
 
Homes will be mailed the Census form in March.
Remind everyone to fill out and return the Census Form.
Your community loses if they don’t.
