[Durham INC] Tonight: Kids' Workshop/Reading (on electrons) at the Regulator, 7 PM

Just wanted to remind everyone that I am conducting a workshop on electrons and reading my kids' book, 'Eddie the Electron,' at the Regulator (on 9th street, downtown Durham) tonight at 7 PM (more info below my signature). It is appropriate for 4-10 YOs, though attentive 3 YOs and creative 12 YOs have enjoyed the material as well.

I recently published a children's book, called 'Eddie the Electron,' and I am doing a reading/workshop at the Regulator Bookshop (on Ninth Street, downtown Durham) on March 2, at 7 PM. The workshop is free and is appropriate for all elementary kids (from 4th-5th grade down to age 4, due to the varying degrees of difficulty within the book).

Local author Melissa Rooney will read from and present a program for children based on her new book, Eddie the Electron.  The program will involve electronic snap circuits with which kids can help Rooney direct battery produced electrons to turn on a fan and a light.  Rooney has offered this fun workshop through CAPS (Culture and Arts in the Public Schools) to wide acclaim.
