      Raymond J. Diaz is counsel with Whiteford, Taylor & Preston. He has more than 30 years of experience representing community associations in Virginia, the District of Columbia and Maryland. Diaz served as president of the Virginia State Bar from 1991-1992 and was a member of the board of directors of CAI's Washington Metropolitan chapter from 2000-2006. In addition, he is a charter member of the College of Community Association Lawyers. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America from 2003-present and Virginia Super Lawyers in 2009.
