*         Planning Department staff will present a brief overview of the
proposed West Chapel Hill Street Commercial Zoning Update, giving a
broad summary of the proposed changes as well as time for questions and
answers. 

	*	Following the presentation, participants will have the
opportunity to talk with staff about each of the major areas of change,
ask additional questions, and give feedback.
