[Durham INC] Governor's plan to cut the number of commissions

It doesn't appear that there has been an actual determination of which
Boards go on the chopping block. Have a look at the Consolidation proposals
on Governor Purdue's "Setting Government Straight" website:
http://www.governor.state.nc.us/SetGovStraight/reset.html

Searching on the NC Legislature website didn't reveal any formal review for
this on the docket, either.
