It appears that many were unable to open the attachment containing the NC State
stormwater study (linking water pollution to development(s)). Here is a link to
the information on the web:

Also -- here is the latest from the Triangulator (Independent Weekly Blog)
regarding recent 751 South actions:

Thanks again for writing to the city manager, mayor and city council members
with your concerns.
council at ci.durham.nc.us, Tom.Bonfield at durhamnc.gov
Regardless of their sentiments (support or opposition to the 751 South tactics
and project), the only fair, democratic and objective action city council
members can make is to DO NOTHING until Superior Court has definitively ruled on
the County's handling of the rezoning case (and all appeals have been exhausted
or rejected). Given the current state of many developments in Durham (which is
to say, they have been at least temporarily halted due to economic constraints),
there's no rush to push this thing through the process and every reason to
proceed with caution and diligence.
