A new 3-4 minute youtube video regarding the 751 S development

Please contact city council today -- tomorrow could be too late (see immediately 
below).

City Council has been asked to vote on extension of water and sewer to the "751 
Assembly" at its January 3 meeting. Council will decide when to hold the public 
hearing at their upcoming work session on Tuesday, Dec. 21st. Please contact 
City Council TODAY(Council at DurhamNC.Gov) and urge them not to put this on the 
agenda for January, as the development is in court and both fairness andprudence 
would warrant that the Council take no action until all legal matters and 
county-related issues been dealt with.
