Don't miss the fascinating story of noted cabinetmaker and free man of
color Thomas Day, who lived and worked in Caswell County in the first half
of the 19th century.  Speaker Jo Leimenstoll, coauthor of the recently
published book on Day, will speak about his triumphs and tribulations as a
free black man and his uniquely beautiful work.  See the flyer at the
bottom of this email for details.
