[Durham INC] FW: Updated Text Amendment for TC1000006, Commercial Infill

I have to admit that, at first glance, i rather like the concept of a
Commercial Infill zoning district. But the proof of the pudding, as the
saying goes, is in the eating.
I daresay, now that Durham's Urban Growth Area extends almost all the
way to the Orange and Chatham County lines, that we'll have an awful lot
of area to actually infill, though.
