BOCC Adds Another Date to Conversations with Commissioners Meeting Schedule 

First conversation scheduled for tomorrow at 7 p.m.  
New date added to meeting schedule is Wednesday, March 2.

Durham, NC - Each year, the Durham Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) seeks the insight of citizens when preparing for the upcoming budget season.  To gain this citizenry perspective, the BOCC hosts its annual Conversations with Commissioners.  During this year's meetings, citizens are invited to share their ideas and thoughts about the FY 2011-2012 budget.
 
The first meeting will be held tomorrow evening at 7 p.m. at Northern Regional Library, located at 221 Milton Road.  
 
All Conversations with Conversations meetings will begin with a brief presentation from the county and end with conversations between residents and BOCC when the floor is opened for questions about the presentation.   
 
The BOCC will host other Conversations with Commissioners meetings at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 1, at South Regional Library and at 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 3, at Durham's Main Library.  March 2, has been added to the dates to accommodate Durham's senior population.  The meeting will be held at 1 p.m. at the Durham Center for Senior Life, located at 406 Rigsbee Avenue.
