Dear Neighbors:

 

Here is the HOA bill and report I tried to send you last week.  This
attachment should contain something.  The one I sent last week did not and I
am sorry.

 

The draft bill has now been introduced in the General Assembly as H165.

 

Those of you whose neighborhoods have homeowner associations, should read
the report and bill carefully.
