[Durham INC] Creekside Elementary Silent Auction: Request for Donated Items

Please see the attached form/jpg requesting donated items for the Creekside 
Elementary Silent Auction at the School Carnival. My kids attend this Durham 
Public School and I would love to see more interesting items for auction this 
year.


If you can donate a weekend of accommodation, lawn services, a gift certificate 
for a meal at your restaurant, tickets to a play, etc., please consider doing 
so. Your donation is tax deductible, as the Creekside PTA is a 501c3 
organization. 

We would like to have donations in-hand by Friday, April 1st. 

To make your donation or to ask any questions, you can email me or the Silent 
Auction coordinator Shay Charles, directly -- shaycharles at nc.rr.com (remove any 
spaces)
